What matter of the troops of Išḫupitta(?) you wrote to me: "(Neither) a Lord of the Watchtower or a Commander of 1,000 exist." I just sent forth a Lord of the Watchtower to that land. They will uninstall two... and(?) a Commander of 1,000. They will report...

[What matter] of ... [you wrote to me:] "The grain heaps... the troops... your(?)... -es. and... does not exist... -es.

And... the x-man... and... they are/will... Further...he is/will... Now you... does not exist... Take(?) six(?) oxen...

What matter of the troops of Išḫupitta you wrote to me: "I took 300 troops. I let them up into Kašipura. I then took these troops šaramnit and I sent them to the city of Išaš." I heard it. It is good.

COMMENTARY

§10 This paragraph seems to represent a third letter on the tablet. If so, then the last few lines of the reverse must have contained the introductory formula.
